Ms. T’shara A. Sealy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill. Ms. Sealy taught at both the primary and secondary school levels in Barbados before completing a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LL.B.) (Hons.)

Miss Taylor was awarded a Barbados Exhibition in 2011 and was also chosen to be the Valedictorian of her 2011 graduating class of the Barbados Community College where she completed an Associate’s Degree in Law and English Literature.
